Identification, Friend, or Foe (IFF) Support
For more than 30 years, we support ground, airborne, and maritime IFF systems with new systems, upgrade, spares, and maintenance. Caliber works closely with system OEMs in the upgrade of IFF to accommodate mode S and future encryption requirements. We provide support on special projects that require reverse engineering of obsolete components and manufacturing of FFF (Form Fit Function) components. Commercial Radars Systems
Caliber Sales Engineering has extensive experience working with FAA and International CAA Agencies providing spares & repairs services for commercial radars as well as unique engineering services. Caliber strives to extend the life of the radar system through SLEP (Service Life Extension Programs) by providing end users economical and reliable options.
Caliber Sales Engineering, in partnership with Princetel/Wendon Engineering, is currently supporting the NOAA contract with repair and refurbishment of the Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) Electrical Contact Ring Assemblies (Slip Rings). To date, CSE has overhauled over 50 of these assemblies in support of NOAA in accordance with National Weather Service specifications.
